In the field of real estate Noble Hardt Ventures consistently looks for real estate opportunities in what the firm believes to be prospering regions. Through local joint ventures, and together with a team of experienced investment professionals, the group focuses on independently-sourced real estate investments. These investments are sourced from an intensive network of long standing relationships with both local and international investment partners and developers. The investments may include direct investments in real property, equity, mortgage loans, mezzanine debt (e.g..: infrastructure projects, transport, logistics, industrial properties). We also search for team's with a variety of experience such as a fiduciary asset manager, a turnaround financial and branding specialty team, property development team, and luxury hotel operations team, we believe team experience is the projects true and real value.

In the field of advisory services Noble Hardt Ventures provides fully integrated solutions in the appropriate combination of innovative advisory and conservatism that are tailored to unique client situations. We are engaged as our value adding partner, with a view to provide the necessary support to efficiently reduce operational and managerial burdens of our clients. This allows our clients to focus on their business in a much more effective manner. Our highly value-oriented and cost-benefit approach to designing sustainable, quality solutions ensures that an investment in our services pays for itself many times over, and places us ahead of our peers in the marketplace.
VENTURE CAPITAL
Our Focus
In the field of Venture Capital, Noble Hardt Ventures launched its first “Accelerator Fund I” in late 2013. A smaller, dynamic “micro” fund focused on a variety of start-ups in key niche markets. Utilizing our Strategic Venture Platform (SVP) as a global conduit to syndicate risk, generate better returns and alleviate one of the most pressing problems for startups, known as “series A crunch”.

Noble Hardt Ventures invests in high growth, innovative early stage businesses with individual investments ranging in size from $500k to $5 million in a first round of finance, and up to $25 million in any one company overall. Investments are generally equity-based. Debt or quasi-equity investments will be made where appropriate.
