Noble Hardt Ventures focuses primarily on the middle market, and invest debt and equity capital for leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth financings. We also are lead principal investors in distressed companies, where we can utilize our capital to play an active role in the restructuring process.
Through a well-established network of partners and industry contacts Noble Hardt Ventures is able to evaluate and pursue projects across various spectrums including Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Project Finance and Emerging Markets Infrastructure Development.
